This piece was created from an interpretation of a photograph my husband Andre took of the Seine River. The Seine is a place that in every single season brings our little family so much peace and moments of what feels like escape from the city. We walk along it (and on it in the winter, along with skating and sledding looking at the stars) enjoying all the lush trees that grow along side and the wildlife that lives along the river with us. We are so grateful for this little water way and notice that our whole community flocks towards it also with such admiration.
